A new equalizer without replacing the previous one? That was the main question Tegeler asked themselves.
The Classic Equalizer EQP-1 stands out with its beautiful warm sound. So it was clear: Tegeler needed to create the Yang to the Yin-EQ.

A unit that works cleaner, but can also add some bite to the sound. Yet it still retains the Tegeler character. One that allows you to create both warm and musical curves, as well as bold and aggressive EQ shapes.

Your snare isn’t loud enough for deaf 2kHz Hip-Hop fans?
Take the upper bell filter, set it to the right frequency, and boost until even the back row feels the crack.

Your techno junkie says the bassline doesn’t hit hard enough?
Use the low shelf, set it to 300 Hz, and push until they feel it rumble in their gut.

Pushes, punches, and slams! Guaranteed.
With an incredible range of -15 to +15 dB, you can bring out even the quietest details or tame the loudest peaks with ease.

To round out the sound and add some classic Tegeler flavor, in-house transformers were added.
Tegeler conducted countless listening tests and chose the most beautiful tone. Transformers create a pleasing sonic saturation by converting current → magnetic field → current, along with their inherent non-linearities.
Bass becomes tighter and more defined. Highs are smoothly rounded.
